Eric Gignoux
A native of France, graduated from the Ski and Mountaineering School in Chamonix. He was a member of the French Special Forces before moving to the United States and settling in California where he graduated from California State University at Sacramento.
Specializing in real estate sales, he soon became a leading expert in hotel spaces in California. He started his real estate career in Lake Tahoe and later moved south, focusing on the California Central Coast. Eric is a relationship broker, focusing on the needs of the individual client to help them achieve their dream of expanding their hotel or motel ownership.
With more than 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, with his wife, Deborah King, Eric has been involved in both sales and operations. He has owned and operated a number of hotels and motels on the Central Coast. The mix of knowledge and experience is unique.
Deborah King
A graduate of the University of San Francisco and the University of California Davis School of Law, Deborah is a hotel broker as well as a California-licensed attorney specializing in real estate transactions.
